Mader Trade Upgrade is an award-winning training program that gives experienced Light Vehicle Mechanics the opportunity to develop their skills and become qualified Heavy Duty Diesel Mechanics. You'll earn over $100K while you learn, and not only will you broaden your skill set and open the door to a variety of opportunities for your future, but you'll also support a constantly evolving industry and help tackle the skills shortage!

Our Trade Upgrade Program will see you complete 10 paid weeks at TAFE before jumping in to 15 months on-site learning.

During the program, you will work alongside some of the biggest players in the industry and gain exposure to not only a wide range of equipment, but also a work across various mine sites! Once you finish the program, you'll graduate with a Cert III in Mobile Plant Technology.
